Federal credit union changes name from Hickam to Lokahi
Banking access will remain unchanged

HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) - The Hickam Federal Credit Union officially changed its name to Lokahi Federal Credit Union on Tuesday.
“This name change is not about changing who we are—it’s about ensuring our name reflects who we’ve always been,” CEO and President Scott Kaulukukui said.
Kaulukukui added that the new name “better represents our identity and the members we proudly serve.”
Lokahi means unity, harmony and balance in Olelo Hawaii.
All account numbers, services, cards, checks and online banking access will remain unchanged.
